Hydro, OK - William "Bill" Arthur Choate was born on April 16, 1949, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Bert Arthur Choate and Nora Jane (Elliot) Choate and passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025, at his home in Hydro.

Bill was raised and attended school in Enid and spent his life proudly calling it home. He graduated from Enid High School in 1967.

Memorial service for Bill will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home, 210 N. Custer St., Weatherford, OK 73096.
