Pond Creek, OK - Stephen Combs, 60, of Pond Creek, Oklahoma, passed away on August 18, 2025, in Columbia, Missouri. He was born on November 30, 1964, in Orange, California, to Jack and Mary Combs.
Stephen was a skilled carpenter and the kind of man who could fix anything. He was known for his kindness, quiet strength, and infectious smile. He loved the outdoors — camping, fishing, time at the lake, and riding his Harley — but, most of all, he loved being with his family.
He is survived by his wife Joanna; children, Samantha, John, and Tarilyn; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Sade, Hunter, Haleigh, Wyatt and Wrynn. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Leah; his sister Stephanie; and his parents.
A service to celebrate his life will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Baptist Church in Pond Creek, Oklahoma, with Pastor Heath Buster officiating. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, OK. Memorials may be made to Wilson Funeral Home.
