Medford, Oklahoma - Sandra Forrester was born to Cliff and Ina (Speaker) Singree on May 30, 1945, in Hawthorne, California, and passed away July 8, 2026. She moved with her family to the Singree farm near Aline in 1947, where she attended grade school and high school, graduating in 1963.

Sandra attended Enid Business College graduating in 1964. She worked at Failings and Serv-Air at Vance Air Force Base while living in Enid.

She and Ed Forrester were married October 21, 1967, in Aline. They made their home in Enid for five years. Ed and Sandra moved to Medford in 1972, where Ed took over the family farming.

Sandra was extra help in the Grant County Assessor's Office for many years. She attended the First Christian Church in Medford where she played the organ and piano.

Sandra is preceded in death by parents, Ina and Clifford Singree,(Aline, Oklahoma); brother, Donnie C Singree, (Wichita, Kansas); nephew, Michael Singree, (Ingleside, Texas); great-great niece, Zoe Nickel (Newton, Kansas).

She is survived by her nephew, Christopher Singree, Wichita, Kansas; niece, Lori (Daniel) Nickel, Newton, Kansas; niece, Susan Haines, Wichita, Kansas; great-nephews, Jonathan Nickel, Pawnee, Oklahoma, Matthew (Bekah) Nickel, Newton, Kansas, and Alex (Alison) Nickel, Arcadia, Nebraska; three great-great-nieces, Quinn, Norah and Elsie Nickel, Arcadia, Nebraska.

Celebration of life for Sandra will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Medford, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Viewing will be Friday, July 10, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., of Medford. Facebook: Lanman Funeral Home Inc.
