Enid, formerly Helena - July 29, 1932 - June 21, 2025

Norma Dean Campbell, 92, of Helena, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025. She was born on July 29, 1932, in Purdy, Missouri, to Leo Troy Hamilton and Georgia Elizabeth Wells.

She graduated as Valedictorian of Wheaton High School's Class of 1950. While working for Boeing in Wichita, Kansas, she met Clyde Donald Campbell, who was serving in the U.S. Air Force. The two were married on August 14, 1953, and shared 63 devoted years together until Clyde's passing in 2016.

Norma was the proud mother of two sons, the late William "Bill" Campbell and Larry Dean Campbell.

She is survived by her son, Larry and his wife, Renee, and her grandchildren: Mandy Parks (Josh), Jared Campbell (Veronica), and Logan Campbell (KaLanne). Norma was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren: Sadie, Haley, and Kasen Parks; Ellie, Hazel, and Lucy Campbell; and Laney Campbell. The eighth great-grandchild is on the way in August.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde; son, Bill; and her step-brother, Gene Finley.

Viewing will be Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., with the family present from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A graveside-only service will be held at Good Hope Cemetery on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., of Helena. www.lanmanfuneralhome.com Facebook: Lanman Funeral Home Inc.
