Enid, OK - A celebration of life service for Mona Jean Webb, age 73, of Enid, will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2026, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Pastor Jonathan Meyer officiating. Service and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Mona was born on July 23, 1952, in Columbia, MO, to Doral and Jean (Kauffman) Webb, and passed away on January 4, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma.

Mona attended the Normandy School District and graduated from Normandy High School in St. Louis, MO, in 1971. She continued her education at Sandford Brown Trade School in Secretarial Studies. Upon completing her studies, Mona moved to Enid, Oklahoma, to live with her Aunt Marie and Uncle Doc.

Mona worked for the Enid News and Eagle for 30-plus years and retired in 2013. Mona was also a devoted and active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher, youth president, and church board member.

Mona is preceded in death by her parents, brother Clifton Webb, and sister Carla Vernor. She is survived by her brothers, Bruce Webb, Delk Webb, Michael Rains; and her sisters, Holly Webb, Delinda Webb; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mona's name can be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
