Memorial service for Lila Ruth Oringderff, 57, is 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, at First Baptist Church, Cherokee.

Viewing is 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, with the family present 2-4 p.m.

Lila was born Jan. 8, 1960, in Poplarville, Miss., to John Byxbe and Ethel Anderson Byxbe, and passed from this life Jan. 15, 2017, in Cherokee.

Lila had an associate's degree. She had lived in this area since 1996.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Oringderff; mother, Ethel Byxbe, father, John Byxbe; brother, John Byxbe and grandmother, Pearlie Anderson.

Survivors include five children, Lonnie Morris and wife, Debra, Heather Morris, Joseph Morris, Amanda Arnold and husband, Daniel, and Kasie Oringderff; brothers, Ferris Byxbe and wife, Donna, David Byxbe and Ronnie Byxbe and wife, Betty Ann; sixteen grandchildren, Amber and Chad Johnson, Autum and Elijah Vandusen, Ariel White, Leslie and Aaron Chandler, Jason Bence, Elizabeth Fletcher, Payton Arnold, Annika Arnold, Tyler Fletcher, Zoey Arnold, Chandler Arnold, Dymond Morris, Malakai Arnold, Westen Morris, Merliah Morris and Grayson Arnold; five great-grandchildren, Micah Vandusen, Adison Johnson, Selah Vandusen, Payson Johnson and Mila Chandler; and lifelong time friend, Dale Morris.
