Wakita, OK - Leota D. Conrady, 93, passed away January 1, 2026, reuniting with her beloved husband, Edwin C. Conrady. Survivors include her children: Terry (Paula) Conrady, Dr. Rickie (Debbie) Conrady, Keith (Kelly) Conrady, and Lori (Harold) Conrady-Stevens; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2026 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Medford, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may view 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday at Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony.
