Aline, OK - Kenneth Dean Terrill, 85, of Aline, OK, passed away April 20, 2026, with family by his side. He was born to Kenneth and Ruby Terrill in Alva, OK, August, 13, 1940.

Dean attended Buffalo Schools and afterward joined the Army, serving his time, then attended Northwestern in Alva, where he obtained his degree in science and met the love of his life, Rosalie. They married in November 1968. After college graduation, Dean accepted a teaching job in Aline, where he taught science for 35 years, and that has been his home ever since.

Dean was active in the community and wore many hats. He made sure he pulled jokes on many of the residents as well as his work colleagues. His kids and grandkids always knew to lock their vehicles or they would end up with something to take home.

He was preceded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, Rosalie; parents; sisters, Evelyn Beagley, Fern Job and Revena Mattingly; and one grandchild.

Dean leaves behind his children, Debra Sutton and husband Tim, Robert (Bob) Mills and wife Melandie, Jenny Nixon and husband Bret; grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew and Gracie Mills, Colton Sutton, Maili Craven and family, Timmy Sutton and family, Micha Sutton and family, Amber Sutton and family, McKenna Lowe and family, Myles Nixon and family, Brayden Nixon and family, Kalei Creswell and family; many nieces, nephews, dear friends; his sisters Karen Malt, Sharen Terrill and Marion Waugh.

Service will be held Wednesday, April 29, at 10:30 a.m. at the Aline Christian Church. There will be no graveside. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Aline Senior Center or Aline Fire Department.
