Nash, OK - December 10, 1932 - September 23, 2025

Jessie Lorene McCormick passed away on September 23, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 10, 1932, to Lloyd and Beatrice Mills along with three brothers Dean, Gene, and Donis. Jessie lived a long and meaningful life. She touched thousands of people's lives throughout her own. She married CD McCormick in 1953. Through this union came six children, Lloyd Charles, Nyla, Carla, Rickey, Dwayne and Sharon. Jessie worked many jobs throughout her life. Her accolades included delivering local newspapers for 23-plus years, driving a school bus, baking cakes, sewing and embroidering for others, mayor duties in Nash, and being a full-time devoted mother.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Beatrice Mills, three brothers Dean, Gene, and Donis, her children Carla and Lloyd Charles and her husband CD McCormick.

She is survived by her daughter Nyla and husband Cory Wilton, son Rickey McCormick, son Dwayne and wife Melinda McCormick, and daughter Sharon and husband Mark Ledbetter. She is also survived by her grandchildren Clint, Cassie, Claren, Cody and Caden, and step-grandchildren Brady, Baylie, Blake, Scott, and Brandon, in addition to great-grandchildren Ethan, Evelyn, Ellen, Edward, Reese, Rylen, Julianna, Landon, Logan, Bryce, Grayson, and Parker as well as numerous nieces and nephews that loved her very much.

There will be a visitation 6:00-7:30 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, OK. Funeral service for Jessie will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Nash Christian Church. Interment will follow at the New Home Cemetery, Nash, OK.
