E. J. Phillips, 81, of Enid formerly of Woodward, died Sunday, April 5, 2020. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4:30 pm Friday, April 10, 2020 in Elmwood Cemetery. Due to the current order to restrict public gatherings to 10 people, the family ask that all rules and regulations are abided by.
