Enid, OK - A Celebration of Life Service for Douglas "Doug" Van Vestal, age 63, of Enid will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with Rev. Vernon Lee officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
Doug was born August 10, 1962, in Artesia, NM, to Raymond and Marlene (Sweatt) Vestal and passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Garland Road Nursing Home.
Doug attended and graduated from Midland, TX, and in 1982 moved to El Reno, OK. He moved to Enid in 2003 where he worked in the oil fields driving a truck for Hamm and Phillips. He took a medical disability in 2017.
He married Andrea Maynard on March 31, 1984, in El Reno.
He is survived by wife Andrea, his daughters Evelyn and Kelly, his parents Raymond and Marlene Vestal, brothers Dan and Donnie, sister Debbie and several nieces and nephews.
Doug was preceded in death by his daughter Autumn.
