Dianna Lee Parks Obituary

Funeral services for Dianna Parks will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Everett Miller officiating. Burial follows in Del Norte Cemetery. Visitation is 6:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8th.

Dianna was born August 3, 1954, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Orville and Shirley (Hess) Butts, and passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, in Enid.

She graduated from Hunter High School. She married Gregory Parks on June 9, 1973, in Hunter, Oklahoma. They had two daughters, Jamie and Katie. Dianna had several jobs during her working life; she worked at Pak-A-Sak for 24 years, Wal-Mart Supercenter for 6 years, and Greenbrier Nursing Center for 5 years. Dianna loved spending time with her family, working crossword puzzles and playing solitaire. She loved dancing with her husband Greg and listening to classic country music.

Dianna is preceded in death by her father, Orville Butts, her paternal and maternal grandparents, as well as many aunts and uncles. She is survived by Gregory Parks, her husband of 51 years; her mother, Shirley Butts; two daughters, Jamie Hoeltzel and husband John and Katie Asher; two granddaughters, Destiny Harger and husband Zach and Dusti Padgett and husband Donald; one great-grandson, Bentley Wickersham. Two sisters also survive her, Marilyn Timms and husband Tommy and Melissa Urtiz and husband Candido.

Memorial contributions in Dianna's name may be made to Elara Caring Hospice or Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
