Enid, OK - A Celebration of Life Service for Corey L. Silver, age 38, will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2025, in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with Celebrant Glenda Stansbury officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethany Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Corey was born August 1, 1987, in Enid to Thomas James (TJ) and Misty Joy (Patterson) Silver and passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.

She attended Pioneer Schools, graduating with the class of 2006. Corey attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Corey worked alongside her mother as a secretary assistant at Silver Arc Welding.

But it was her role as a mother that brought her the greatest joy; her children Austin and Skylar Ferguson were the heart of her world, and she filled their lives with unconditional love and laughter. Whether she was casting a line at the lake, enjoying a family gathering, or simply watching the sunset with friends, Corey embraced life with a spirit of joy and gratitude. She had a natural gift for making people feel seen and loved — and she never missed an opportunity to share a laugh, a hug, or a helping hand.

She is survived by her children, Austin and Skylar Ferguson; parents, T.J. and Misty Silver; brother, Dalton and wife Allyson Silver; nephew, Stetson Silver; grandfather, Tom and wife Pam Silver; uncles, Mike and Candis Silver, Jay Silver, Russ and wife Tianne Patterson; aunts, Robbi Baker and Tammy Atkinson; father of her children, Brad Ferguson; and several other family members.

Memorials may be made to the Austin and Skylar Ferguson education fund, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodian of funds.
