Enid, Oklahoma - Funeral service for Carol Klein will be Friday, June 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Enid Free Methodist Church, with Pastor Janice Buffalo officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation with the family will be Thursday evening from 5:00 to 6:00 at the funeral home.

Carol was born August 29, 1939, in Lucien, Oklahoma, to Russell and Viva (Franklin) Grimes and passed away at her home on June 20, 2026, in Enid.

She grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School in 1957. Carol went to Phillips University for one year. In 1958, she married Jerry Klein in Enid, where they made their home. Carol worked at various banks before her career at Champlin Refinery as a keypunch operator. Jerry and Carol owned and operated Jerry's Family Recreation for many years. Carol later worked as a manager for Braum's. She was a member of Enid Free Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry, in 1997; parents; 10 brothers; and a sister.

Carol is survived by her three girls, Sherry (Rick) Wehling, Sheila (Bill) Martinez, and Sharla Fay; three grandchildren, Amy Brown, Summer Oliver and Sergio Klein Torres; two great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.
