Edmond, OK - February 4, 1980 - January 11, 2026

Amy Michelle Harkreader was born on February 4, 1980, to Stan and Betty Newton in Ketchikan, Alaska. She went home to her Heavenly Father, fully healed and made whole, on January 11, 2026, surrounded by her family and best friend at her home in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Amy is survived by her husband Andy Harkreader, daughter Sydnee, and sons Tavin and Jaxton of Edmond; mother Betty Newton of Enid; father Stan Newton of Hebron, New Hampshire; sisters Kristi Madison, Heather Newton, Kelsey Klaassen, Brittany Newton and Cailey Monahan; and many other beloved extended family members.

We will always remember her smile, laughter and the way she could light up a room with joy. We rejoice that Amy is fully healed with her Heavenly Father.

The celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 22nd, at 1:00 p.m. at Frontline Church (1700 S. Bryant Ave, Edmond, OK). Amy's request for this time was to ask everyone to show up in bright colors!
