The graveside service celebrating the life of Karen K. Kelley Hof, 66, Topeka, Kan., is 11 a.m. Saturday Sept. 2, 2017, in the Waukomis Cemetery with the Rev. Desi Sharp officiating.
Full military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy Honor Guard. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Karen was born Dec. 17, 1950, and adopted by Charles E. Kelley and Johnnie Belle (Jean) Vincent Kelley. She passed from this life August 29, 2017, in Topeka, Kan.
Karen graduated from Muskogee High School in 1968. She went on to serve three years in the Oklahoma Air National Guard and eight years in the United States Navy. She was honorable discharged in 1984.
She is survived by her niece, Terri Gibbs of Ardmore; nephew, William Christopher Harrison of Skiatook; two great-nieces, five great-nephews, and four great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Kelley and Dr. H.M. and Jean Ashby, and by her sister and brother-in-law, Gwen and Joe Burnett.
