A Celebration of Life service for Eva J. Moody, age 80, of Enid, will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2017, at the Garden Chapel in Memorial Park Cemetery, with Dr. Matt Miles officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Eva was born December 3, 1936, in Appleton, Arkansas, to Cloyd Calvin and Lizza Hazel Cunningham Mooney, and passed away Monday, October 30, 2017, in the Garland Road Nursing Center.
She attended school in Wetumka and graduated in 1955. She married Marvin Moody on October 8, 1955, in Bartlesville, OK.
She was an entrepreneur who started and sold several businesses. She was a member of Liberty Southern Baptist Church. They moved to Enid in October 2013 from Custer City.
Eva is survived by her husband Marvin of the home, daughters Leah Adams and husband Perry of Custer City, and Denise Beck and husband Terry of Enid, sister Anna Harmon and husband Bill of Claremore, OK; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
